Bezai (Bee´zi)

1 A family group (“descendants of Bezai”) who returned with Zerubbabel from the Babylonian captivity (Ezra 2:17). 2 A leader of the postexilic community in Judah who signed the covenant to keep the law (Neh 10:18); he was probably the leader of the family group.
