Vanessa Lovelace is Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean at Lancaster Theological Seminary in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is also Associate Professor of Hebrew Bible. She is coeditor with Gay L. Byron of Womanist Interpretations of the Bible: Expanding the Discourse (SBL Press 2016). She is also the author of “The Deuteronomistic History: Intersections of Ethnicity, Gender, Sexuality and Nation” in The Hebrew Bible: Feminist and Intersectional Perspectives (Fortress 2018), edited by Gale A.
