Zibeon

Zibeon (Zib´ee-uhn; Heb., meaning uncertain, perhaps “hyena”)

The son of Seir the Horite and a chieftain of the Horites (Gen 36:20; Gen 36:29). He is identified as the ancestor of Esau’s wife (Gen 36:2), which reveals a relationship between the Horites and the Edomites.
