Tidal (Ti´duhl)

The king of Goiim (some versions read “the nations”) who, in alliance with the kings of Shinar, Ellasar, and Elam, raided the area around the Dead Sea, including Sodom and the Cities of the Plain, and took Lot prisoner. He and the other kings were defeated by Abram and his allies (Gen 14:1-16).
