Tibni (TibĀ“ni)

Tthe son of Ginath and leader of a faction in the Northern Kingdom who struggled with Omri for control of the throne following the suicide of Zimri (ca. 876 BCE). However, he was unsuccessful and died soon after, although the reason for his death is unknown (1Kgs 16:21-22).
