Sheshan

Sheshan (Shee┬┤shan)

The head of a Jerahmeelite family of Judah (1Chr 2:31; 1Chr 2:34; 1Chr 2:35).

1Chr 2:31

31The son of Appaim: Ishi. The son of Ishi: Sheshan. The son of Sheshan: Ahlai.

1Chr 2:34

34Now Sheshan had no sons, only daughters; but Sheshan had an Egyptian slave, whose name was Jarha.

1Chr 2:35

35So Sheshan gave his daughter in marriage to his slave Jarha; and she bore him Attai.
