Kue

Kue (Kyoo´ee)

A source of horses for King Solomon’s armies. Cited along with Egypt as a place Solomon could buy horses (1Kgs 10:28; 2Chr 1:16), it has been identified as a probable ancient name for eastern Cilicia in Asia Minor.

16Solomon's horses were imported from Egypt and Kue; the king's traders received them from Kue at the prevailing price.
