Kiriathaim

Kiriathaim (Kihr´ee-uh-thay´im; Heb., “two cities”)

1 A city in Moab assigned to the tribe of Reuben (Num 32:37; Josh 13:19). It was in Moabite hands (Jer 48:1; Jer 48:23; Ezek 25:9). 2 A levitical city in the territory of Naphtali (1Chr 6:76) given to Gershomites, probably modern Khirbet el-Qureiyeh, likely identical with Kartan (Josh 21:32).
