foreskin

A portion of loose skin, also called the prepuce, located at the end of the human male penis. Hebrew ritual law specified that it be surgically removed (“circumcision”) from every male child eight days after birth (Lev 12:3).

Lev 12:3

3On the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.
