Edrei (Ed´ree-i)

1 An ancient Transjordanian site, a royal residence of Og, king of Bashan, whose land, following his defeat by the Israelites, was allocated to Manasseh (Num 21:33; Deut 1:4; Deut 3:10; Josh 12:4; Josh 13:12; Josh 13:31); in Roman times it was called Adraene and today is called Dar’a. 2 A town in Naphtali (Josh 19:37).

King Og Defeated
33Then they turned and went up the road to Bashan; and King Og of Bashan came out against them, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.

Deut 1:4

4This was after he had defeated King Sihon of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, and King Og of Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei.
