coriander

An herb whose leaves and aromatic seeds were used medicinally and for flavoring breads and other dishes. The round white seeds are likened to the manna found in the desert (Exod 16:31).

Exod 16:31

31The house of Israel called it manna; it was like coriander seed, white, and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.
