Beth-arabah

Beth-arabah (Beth-air´uh-buh)

A town on the northern border of Judah (Josh 15:6; Josh 15:61) and the southern border of Benjamin (Josh 18:18; Josh 18:22), possibly modern ‘Ain el-Gharbah southeast of Jericho.

Josh 15:6

6and the boundary goes up to Beth-hoglah, and passes along north of Beth-arabah; and the boundary goes up to the Stone of Bohan, Reuben's son;

61In the wilderness, Beth-arabah, Middin, Secacah,

Josh 18:18

18and passing on to the north of the slope of Beth-arabah it goes down to the Arabah;
