Asenath

Asenath (As´uh-nath)

The daughter of Potipherah, priest of On (Heliopolis) in Egypt. Pharaoh gave her in marriage to Joseph (Gen 41:45). Their two sons were Manasseh and Ephraim (Gen 41:50-52; Gen 46:20).
